This Saturday the Westbury Rebels were in the Cy Fair tournament. They faced Cy Creek, Langham Creek, and then Cy Fair for their third game.
They beat Cy Creek the first game 6-5.
They Lost to Langham Creek 6-3. The game was 2-1 through five and then Langham pulled away 6-1 but Westbury fought back to make it 6-3 and actually had a chance to tie it in the 7th but came up short!
Then they had the opportunity to take on Cy Fair. Cy Fair threw their #3 while Westbury threw their #1 pitcher. This game was also 2-1 through 5 innings. Cy fair jumped ahead and westbury also fought back to lose 6-4! Only 2 earned runs for Cy Fair....
Not a bad day of baseball for the Westbury Rebels.......... The big 3 better not take them lightly or the rebels might sneak up and bite one of them............
