LAMAR and BELLAIRE=inside the city limits of houston. LAMAR and BELLAIRE="Generally the older and more urbanized area of a large city surrounding the central business district." LAMAR and BELLAIRE="64 percent of the students at Bellaire HS" and probably a higher percentage at lamar. LAMAR and BELLAIRE dont not equal newly build house in a subdivision. LAMAR was established in 1936 and BELLAIRE was established in 1955 therefore they=older and more urbanized. Your arguments are therefore proven to be false. Did you read IATG's comment above yours. He states that 64%, that is more then half of the schools population, qualify for free or reduced lunchs. This means that they have a family income below the set standards. This implies that they are "low income residents". IATG also states that 43% of Bellaire's student population is a minority race. Therefore your definition of INNER CITY completely agrees with myself and IATG.

Im sorry that you argued against yourself and i hope that you realize your mistakes.

A special thanks to IATG for your research. You are an honorable man who always stands up for whats right.

P.S. Inner city DOES NOT refer to poor souls. That is another thing you made up which does not make any sense and proves to everyone that you are ignorant.
