Since when were Bellaire, Lamar and Westside considered inner city schools???

If you look at the website, http://www.stateuniversity.com/elmsed/TX/Bellaire-High-School-Bellaire.html, you will find that 64 percent of the students at Bellaire HS qualify for free or reduced cost lunches, 43% of the students are comprised of white non-hispanics, and the student-teacher ratio is 20:1. Those figures are more indicative of an "inner city school" than many of the suburban and rural schools one would typically associate with having strong baseball programs in the Houston area.
